The Influential Communications course was developed by Sandy Gerber, North America’s communication expert using her 25+ years communication and marketing industry experience, her guru, Roy Garn’s Emotional Appeal Technique and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Sales Techniques. How Does it Work?
Sales people have been using these communication techniques for decades to achieve incredible sales results. There are four primary Decision Drivers™ that motivate people to action. Once we know the four drivers, we can watch for them in our communications and then align our messaging to connect to them to build rapport and motivate people to action. In this course, you learn the four Decision Drivers™ and specific techniques to identify other people’s Decision Drivers™ and personalize your words to communicate with influence.
Basically, if you identify a person’s Decision Driver™ and communicate to meet it, you will motivate the person to your desired action.
